Robert brings more than 24 years of experience in disaster restoration, environmental remediation, and real estate investment. As Octagon’s founder, he blends sharp business management skills with a commitment to client care and sustainable solutions.
Beyond Octagon, Robert has acquired, developed, and sold real estate projects, applying strategic vision to strengthen communities.
A dedicated husband and father of two, he’s also a passionate aviator with commercial single-engine, multi-engine, seaplane, instrument, and rotorcraft ratings, and enjoys hiking, fishing, and basketball.
Co-Owner
Kathy brings a calm, steady perspective to Octagon as co-owner, drawing on 17 years in public safety, a background that proves invaluable when daily business challenges require clear thinking and quick decisions. She works largely behind the scenes, supporting operations and offering guidance that keeps projects and people on track. In addition, Kathy has extensive experience in real estate through her family’s business. Over the years she has managed properties ranging from commercial properties and apartment buildings to Airbnb rentals.
Married for 25 years and the proud mother of Michael and Joshua, Kathy loves traveling—especially to relaxing beach destinations—and cherishes time with her family whenever she can.
Mold Division Manager
Matt has 19 years of experience in the restoration industry, including 14½ years with Octagon Cleaning & Restoration. As the Mold Division Manager, he conducts daily inspections, prepares detailed project scope sheets, and oversees crews on water and mold projects. Matt is dedicated to helping people through difficult times and ensuring every job is completed safely and thoroughly.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys singing karaoke and spending time with friends and family.
Branch Manager
IICRC Certified in Water Damage • Restoration Project Manager Certification • State of Maine Licensed Asbestos Supervisor, Inspector, and Air Monitor.
With more than ten years at Octagon Cleaning & Restoration, Michael has advanced from technician to Branch Manager of the Fairfield office. His day-to-day work includes inspections of homes/properties, sales, project management, training, and building strong relationships with insurance adjusters. Michael values guiding his team’s growth and helping customers understand issues in their home such as mold, water, fire/smoke, and asbestos—showing how proper remediation and home maintenance can restore and maintain a safe, healthy environment. He finds it rewarding to ease clients’ worries during stressful situations and assist them on how to appropriately handle the situation and prevent future damage.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys time with his girlfriend, building computers, tinkering with his and his friends’ cars, and fixing just about anything that needs repair.
Branch Manager
Jason brings 23 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry to his role as Branch Manager at Octagon Cleaning & Restoration. Each day, he conducts inspections and assists his team with projects involving mold, water, asbestos, odors, and biological cleaning; always focused on helping clients solve problems and navigate what can be a stressful time. Jason especially values the interaction with clients and the dedication of the New Hampshire team, who work hard to meet every project’s needs and expectations.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family at their camp in Milton, NH. He looks forward to watching his youngest son compete in cross country and basketball, and he has been a basketball coach in Newmarket for 20 years. Jason also volunteers with youth programs in Newmarket, NH, and enjoys fishing and playing softball.
Project Manager

With more than six years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry, Matt is in his first year with Octagon and excited to be part of the team. His days are spent setting up field crews for success, completing home inspections for water, mold, fire, or sewer damage, and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Matt’s favorite part of the job is bringing calm, steady support to homeowners during stressful situations—helping them understand what’s happening and what comes next.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, especially camping, hiking, and canoeing. He also loves competitive activities like summer softball, winter bowling, and year-round cornhole (which he’s still not convinced counts as a sport).
Project Manager
IICRC WRT • Former IICRC FSRT & IAQ AMRT • Licensed Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor (ME, MA, VT) • OSHA 30-Hour • Lead RRP • Xactimate Levels 1–3
With nearly 14 years in the restoration industry, Rory brings extensive experience in large commercial losses, commercial travel storm response, residential fire/water/mold restoration, and trauma/biohazard work. He recently joined Octagon Cleaning & Restoration as a New Hampshire Project Manager and looks forward to building a long future with the team.
Rory values Octagon’s strong morale, teamwork, and shared passion for restoring properties. His favorite part of the job is seeing a home or business fully rebuilt and watching the relief on a client’s face when everything is back up and running.
Outside of work, Rory cherishes time with his fiancée and his 19-year-old daughter. He also enjoys building and restoring classic muscle cars.
Production Manager
Crystal brings 10 years of restoration experience, including extensive bio-cleanup work with other companies and two years in hospital biohazard environments. She joined Octagon Cleaning & Restoration seven months ago and now serves as Associate Project Manager. Each day, Crystal conducts inspections, writes and sends estimates, scopes emergency jobs, creates sketches and moisture maps, and coordinates crews to ensure projects run smoothly. Crystal values Octagon’s family-like atmosphere and takes pride in providing clients with the highest level of care during challenging times.
Outside of work, Crystal relaxes at her seasonal camp from May through October, where she enjoys spending time with her family.
Production Manager
Certified in Fire, Lead, and Cleaning
Diana has more than 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry, including ownership of her own cleaning company, and has spent the past eight years with Octagon Cleaning & Restoration. As Production Manager, she focuses on quality control—visiting job sites to ensure safety protocols are followed, work matches the project scope, and timelines are met. She also checks in with customers to answer questions and provide updates throughout the process, and provides company training to new employees. Diana values Octagon’s family-like environment and takes pride in helping clients navigate challenging times so they can return to their homes quickly and safely.
Outside of work, she finds peace and tranquility in nature, especially while spending time on the lake, enjoying a variety of physical activities, and listening to music.
Production Coordinator
Madilyn has spent the past two years with Octagon Cleaning & Restoration as a Project Coordinator, focusing on customer service and seamless project execution. She schedules and coordinates emergency jobs, manages data entry, tracks labor hours, and ensures all documentation is accurate. Madilyn also supports project managers, helping each job stay on track from start to finish.
She finds it especially rewarding to guide clients through what can be a stressful time, making the restoration process as easy and worry-free as possible. Knowing she’s helping families return to a safe, healthy home gives her a strong sense of purpose.
Outside of work, Madilyn enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
Program Manager
WRT Certified
With 2½ years in the cleaning and restoration industry, 1½ of those at Octagon Cleaning & Restoration. Max serves as Program Manager, supporting Octagon’s programs and helping to streamline processes each day. Max values the collaborative team environment and the work/life balance that Octagon provides.
Outside of work, Max enjoys going to the gym, running long-distance, hiking, reading, and gardening.
Account Receivable Manager
Jodi brings nearly three years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry, following 24 years in medical billing. As Octagon’s Accounts Receivable Manager, she works closely with insurance companies, adjusters, and homeowners to ensure accurate billing, smooth claim processing, and manageable payment plans. Jodi finds it rewarding to help clients navigate stressful situations, whether by coordinating directly with their insurance or setting up payment arrangements, so they have one less worry during a difficult time.
Outside of work, Jodi enjoys time with her 11-year-old son, baking, and making music. Having grown up in bands and surrounded by musicians, she still loves stepping up to the microphone whenever she can.
Route Marketer (Maine)
Brianna brings two years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry, all with Octagon Cleaning & Restoration, to her marketing role. She began as a technician, earning IICRC certification and gaining firsthand knowledge of how Octagon’s field teams handle every project with care and expertise. That background helps her connect authentically with clients as she visits local businesses and builds relationships, ensuring they have a trusted restoration partner when emergencies arise. What Brianna enjoys most is hearing the stories of how Octagon helps people during stressful situations, it always gives her the warm fuzzies.
Outside of work, Brianna loves adventuring outdoors with her partner and their dog, exploring new places together whenever they can.
Fire Division Manager & Operations Assistant
IICRC Certified in Water Damage, Mold Remediation, Fire Restoration, and Trauma Cleanup • State of Maine Licensed Asbestos Supervisor & Asbestos Inspector
Brindi brings 12 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry to her dual role as Fire Division Manager and Operations Assistant at Octagon Cleaning & Restoration. She focuses on guiding fire-damage projects from start to finish and supporting day-to-day operations to keep everything running smoothly. Brindi finds the greatest reward in returning clients’ homes and properties to safe, healthy environments.
Outside of work, she enjoys sports, hiking, and camping.
Office Manager
Maddie has been part of Octagon Cleaning & Restoration since December 2019, starting as an Administrative Assistant and growing into her current role as Office Manager. Each day, she focuses on keeping the office running smoothly to meet clients’ time-sensitive needs while fostering a supportive, productive environment for the entire team. Maddie’s favorite part of the job is seeing a project through from the very first call to final completion and knowing the team has made a home safer and healthier.
Outside of work, Maddie loves hiking and kayaking—she’s working toward completing New Hampshire’s 48 4,000-foot peaks; attending plenty of concerts with friends, gardening, baking, and simply playing outside like a kid.
Business Development Manager
Robin brings extensive experience in relationship building and organizational growth. She earned a degree in Elementary Education and a master’s in Adult Education focused on HR and Training & Development from the University of Southern Maine. She spent over 20 years with Hannaford Supermarkets in operations and HR, then led the Sebago Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce as President/CEO, guiding it through COVID and earning Maine State Chamber Executive of the Year in 2023.
At Octagon, Robin drives business development; cultivating referral networks, forging partnerships, guiding marketing outreach, and collaborating with project teams to ensure exceptional client service and sustained growth.
Outside work, she serves as President of the Sebago Lake Rotary Club and enjoys time on the lake with her husband, John, reading, and walks in nature.
General Manager
As General Manager of Octagon Cleaning & Restoration, Brad Rosenberger draws on over two decades of leadership experience to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction. For 20 years, he successfully led operations teams within Fortune 50 companies, where he built a reputation for streamlining processes, strengthening teams, and achieving measurable results.
Five years ago, Brad brought that expertise to the restoration industry, where he continues to focus on creating operational efficiencies and fostering team development and growth. His hands-on approach and commitment to building strong, empowered teams have been instrumental in helping Octagon uphold its reputation for reliability and quality.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and their two French bulldogs. He is also a proud father of three grown children and a grandfather to his granddaughter, Zoey.
