Robert York
Owner/General Manager

Robert is the founder and co-owner of Octagon Cleaning & Restoration. He holds many industry certifications. With over 15 years of indoor air quality related experience including project management, inspections and consulting, he is uniquely qualified to handle any water damage, mold damage and bio remediation project. Robert is a Maine-licensed master pesticide applicator for mold and bacterial treatments, an EPA-certified Lead Safe Renovator, certified in applied microbial remediation (mold remediation), water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, fire and smoke damage, and applied structural drying. He is also board certified for CMRS (Council-certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor) as well as CIEC (Council-certified Indoor Environment Consultant). Robert oversees all of the company operations and is a driving force in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Katharine York

Katharine York
Co-Owner

Katharine is co-owner of Octagon Cleaning & Restoration. Katharine works full time for the local police department as a dispatcher, is an active property manager and helps oversee the operations of the company.

Rick Medlin

Rick Medlin
Maine Project Manager

Rick has nearly a decade of experience in the indoor air quality field. As an inspector for one of the top industrial hygiene firms in New England, he has inspected thousands of properties while conducting air quality testing and detailed moisture surveys. Rick has vast experience dealing with mold contamination, asbestos, lead and other indoor air quality issues. Prior to settling into the indoor air quality field his background was in respiratory therapy. Rick helps to oversee much of the company’s operations, is our senior project manager and is an invaluable asset to us and our clients.

Angelo Quatrano

Angelo Quatrano
Director of Business Development

Angelo is our director of business development. He has nearly 20 years of sales and marketing experience. Angelo is responsible for steadily growing the Octagon brand. He brings a tenacious, can do attitude to his position. Prior to joining Octagon Angelo was the general manager for a successful local marketing firm.

Tricia Jerrick
New Hampshire Branch Manager

Tricia is the branch manager and project manager of our Barrington, New Hampshire location. Her knowledge and commitment to outstanding customer service make her a natural fit for Octagon. Additionally she will help to grow the New Hampshire customer base. Tricia has over 12 years of experience in the restoration industry. She holds many industry certifications. Tricia began her career as a water and mold technician before being promoted to a project manager for water, fire, and mold. Prior to joining the Octagon team she traveled around the country responding to major storm restoration for both residential and commercial properties.

Alana Callahan

Office Manager

Alana is our office manager. She has years of experience in office management and human resources. She is responsible for creating and implementing company policy, ensuring smooth client relations and is a key part of all other office functions. Alana is critical in ensuring that our company is on the leading edge of all applicable regulations and industry practices.

Darla Doyle

Office Support

Darla is our client support specialist. She is an invaluable asset to our company in terms of customer service, scheduling, data entry and ensuring a smooth work flow. Darla brings a great attitude, amazing energy and a superior customer focus to our company. Prior to Octagon Darla worked as an office support for one of Maine’s top cancer treatment centers.

Lynn Campbell

Lynn Campbell
Air Duct Division Manager

Lynn is our air duct cleaning manager and holds many certifications including NADCA’s ASCS certification, water damage technician, mold technician and is an EPA lead safe renovator. Additionally he studied business at St Joseph’s college. Lynn is a critical part of what we do here at Octagon and is a leader in the indoor air quality field specifically involving HVAC systems.

Brindi Riley

Brindi Riley
Water Damage Manager

Brindi is our water damage division manager and is responsible for ensuring quality control, timely response, proper billing and thorough documentation of all water damage jobs. Additionally she oversees many fire damage and mold removal projects to ensure compliance with work scopes and regulations. Brindi is water damage certified, fire / smoke damage certified, certified in applied microbial remediation and is EPA lead safe certified. Prior to Octagon she earned her degree in sports management at Thomas College.
