What is the Objective of Air Duct Cleaning?
The objective of source-removal air duct cleaning is the complete physical removal of dirt, debris and other contaminants from the ductwork. According to university studies, this is recognized as the most acceptable form of cleaning and decontamination of home air duct systems.
What is Source-Removal Air Duct Cleaning?
Source-removal duct cleaning uses a technically advanced, high-efficiency particulate (HEPA) filtrated vacuum system that places the duct system under vacuum or negative pressure. Our duct cleaning vacuums collect debris and contaminates from the duct and vents the air/debris outside to our trailer mounted vacuum system. We also use portable machines for the hard to reach areas that collect particulates and vent HEPA (operating room clean air) filtered air back into the environment.
How Does Air Duct Cleaning Work in Maine?
Specifically, debris is loosened and dislodged by compressed air and specially designed tools that work within different types of duct systems. Source-removal duct cleaning agitates and loosens the dirt from the duct system. This creates a push/pull effect that thoroughly cleans the duct work and safely removes the debris into our vacuum units. All registers are cleaned as well. Our experienced technicians can make the process fast and provide you with the cleanest air ducts possible.
